VILLAGE BOARD MEETING MINUTES - JANUARY 23, 2007

• Due to time constraints per Grant writers at J. O’Connell & Associates, Clerk Thomas made phone calls to Trustees and Mayor regarding the following Resolution.
• Resolution for Authority to Sign Legal Documents
• Motion was made by Trustee Sobczak and seconded by Trustee Patterson to move the following Resolution:
  
  RESOLVED: That Sandra Thomas, as Village Clerk/Treasurer of the Village of Corfu is hereby authorized to sign legal documents on behalf of our municipality.
  Voting Ayes: Mayor Skeet, Trustees Sobczak & Patterson
  Trustees Russ and Peterson were absent.
