VILLAGE BOARD MEETING MINUTES - FEBRUARY 21, 2006
Mayor Skeet opened Special meeting at 6:34 pm.
Members present: Mayor Skeet, Trustees Russ, Peterson and Steinberg. Also present was Melinda Disare of Damon & Morey.
- Motion was made by Trustee Russ and seconded by Trustee Steinberg to go into executive session at 6:40 pm to discuss union contracts. Motion carried.
- Motion was made by Trustee Russ and seconded by Trustee Peterson to go out of executive session at 8:40 pm. Motion carried.
- Brief discussion was held regarding the office copy machine. It was decided to have the current one looked at for any necessary repairs.
- It was decided to set the next Budget meeting for Wednesday March 1, 2006 at 7:00 pm.
- Trustee Russ said he would get ahold of Albert Graham of VRI reagrding budget requests for the sewer department by the March 1st meeting.
- Clerk Treasurer was requested to make follow up phone call to Civil Service regarding list for part-time officers.
- Mayor Skeet reported that Officer Houghton will be working the Health & Wellness Fair at the Intermediate School on Saturday, February 25th.
- Trustees discussed getting a new computer for the Village Office. Quote from Batavia Computer was presented. It was agreed that Clerk Treasurer could go ahead and order upon approval of Trustee Steinberg.
- Motion was made by Trustee Steinberg and seconded by Trustee Peterson to adjourn meeting. Motion carried.
- Meeting was adjourned at 9:15 pm.
