VILLAGE BOARD MEETING MINUTES - JULY 15, 2006

Sewer Capital Project Workshop opened at 9:00 am.

Members present: Mayor Skeet, Trustees Patterson and Peterson.

• General discussion was held to determine Sewer project objectives such as obtaining maximum efficiency from the Sewer plant, marketing excess capacity and improving communication between the Village Board and residents.
• The members also discussed Sewer project status measurement standards and the utilization of Chatfield Engineers Report to establish standards. One goal is to develop equations to measure and evaluate project objectives.
• The topic of Sewer project resources was outlined briefly such as:
  1. People ~ Contractors, grant writers, Village residents, Board
  2. Capital Equipment
  3. Funds ~ Grants, residents
  4. Time frame – to be determined (2-4 year plan)
  5. Another meeting was set for July 29, 2006 at 9:00 am.
